Love That Shows, Not Just Tells!
Welcome, Faith Force Action Lovers! Today, we’re learning why real love demonstrates itself through actions, as shared in 1 John 3:18.
Verse Of The Day:
"Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth." (1 John 3:18)

Have you ever heard someone say “I love you” but never show it? John teaches us about love that’s real, not just spoken!
John says “let us not love with words or speech” – it’s easy to say “I love you,” “I care about you,” or “I want to help.” But words without action are empty! Anyone can talk about love, but real love requires more than just nice speeches.
Instead, we should “love with actions and in truth.” This means actually doing loving things – helping when someone needs it, sharing what we have, spending time with people, and serving others. “In truth” means our actions are genuine and sincere, not just for show. When we truly love someone, we demonstrate it through what we do, not just what we say!
Love in Action Project Tracker:
Divide a poster board in half. Label one side “Words Only” and the other “Actions + Truth.” Throughout the week, skip writing on the “Words Only” side and instead fill the “Actions” side with actual loving deeds you do (helped sibling, shared toy, visited lonely neighbor). This shows love through actions, not empty words!
Time For A Prayer:
Dear God, help us love with actions and truth, not just words or speech! When we say we love someone, help us back it up with actual loving deeds. Show us opportunities to demonstrate love through what we do, not just what we say. Make our love real and visible! Amen.
Keep showing love through action, Faith Force Action Lovers! Until our next Divine Dispatch, remember to love with actions and in truth, not just words or speech!
