Jesus is Building Your Dream Home in Heaven!
Welcome, Faith Force Future Residents! Today, we’re learning about the amazing home Jesus is preparing for us in heaven, as shared in John 14:2-3.
Verse Of The Day:
"My Father's house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am." (John 14:2-3)
Have you ever watched someone prepare a special room just for you? Jesus is doing something even more amazing – He’s preparing your very own room in heaven!
Jesus tells us that “My Father’s house has many rooms,” and He’s personally preparing a special place just for YOU! Imagine the most wonderful room you could ever dream of – Jesus is making yours even better! He knows exactly what will make you happy and is creating the perfect heavenly home designed just for you.
But the best part isn’t even the amazing room – it’s Jesus’ promise: “I will come back and take you to be with me.” Jesus isn’t just preparing a place; He’s coming back to personally bring you there so you can be with Him forever! What an incredible promise to know that Jesus is working on your heavenly home right now!
My Heavenly Room Box:
Take a shoebox and turn it into your “Heavenly Room”! Decorate the inside with golden paper, cotton ball clouds, and tiny furniture made from bottle caps or small toys. Add drawings of Jesus and things that make you happy. As you create your special room, remember that Jesus is preparing an even more amazing real room for you in heaven right now!
Time For A Prayer:
Dear Jesus, thank You for preparing a special place just for me in Your Father's house! It's so exciting to know that You're working on my heavenly home right now. Help me look forward to the day when You come back to take me there to be with You forever. Thank You for loving me so much! Amen.
