These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Faith Force website at faith-force.com and all its features, including free content, digital products, and our newsletter. By using Faith Force in any way, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

Faith Force is owned and operated by Elani Theisinger. We are a Bible-based, faith-guided platform dedicated to helping children and families grow in character and virtue through story, mission, and community. We are not a church, denomination, or religious institution — we are a way of life.

What Faith Force Offers

Faith Force provides a range of free and premium resources, including:

Our Content Belongs to the Mission

Everything on Faith Force — hero profiles, mission posts, graphics, podcast episodes, printables, blog content, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of Faith Force / Elani Theisinger, protected by copyright law.

You are welcome to use our free content for personal, family, and educational purposes and to share links to our pages. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish our content without written permission
• Sell or redistribute our content as your own
• Use our branding or content to create competing products or services
• Remove any copyright notices or attributions from our materials

Verse Vault Accounts

Verse Vault offers guest Bible reading and search. Saving highlights, private journal entries, favourite verses, chapter bookmarks, reading progress, and tags requires a free Faith Force account.

• Faith Force accounts are intended for adults. Children should use Verse Vault with a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
• You may not use Verse Vault to store unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts if needed to protect the site, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
• You can request deletion of your Verse Vault account data by emailing [email protected].

Bible Translation Attribution

Verse Vault displays Bible translations with their own copyright and attribution requirements. The World English Bible text is public domain, while the name "World English Bible" is a trademark of eBible.org. The Afrikaans 1933/1953 text is identified as a Bible Society of South Africa translation and is used with attribution; it must not be treated as Faith Force-owned text. Translation availability may change if permissions or licensing requirements change.

Playing by the Rules

Faith Force is a safe, faith-guided space for families. By using our site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Post or share content that is harmful, hateful, or inappropriate for a family audience
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our website
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use automated tools to access or copy our content
• Use Faith Force to promote products or services without our written consent

Violations may result in account termination and/or legal action where appropriate.

Shop & Digital Products

Faith Force sells digital products through our shop, powered by FluentCart. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• Right of withdrawal: Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, you acknowledge at checkout that you consent to immediate delivery and that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
• Goodwill support: If you experience a genuine issue with your purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.
• You are purchasing a personal, non-transferable licence for your own family or educational use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased digital products outside your household.
• Payment is processed securely. Faith Force does not store your full payment card details.

Children & Parental Responsibility

Faith Force is designed for children and families. Free content, hero profiles, and downloadable resources are appropriate for all ages. However, interactive features — including newsletter sign-up and the shop — are intended for use by adults.

• Children under 13 must have a parent or guardian create any accounts or make purchases on their behalf.
• By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm you are at least 18, or a minor acting under direct parental supervision with a parent who agrees to these Terms.
• Parents are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the platform.

Your Privacy Matters

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Faith Force, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Honesty About What We Can Promise

We provide Faith Force as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of Faith Force is at your own risk, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Our Responsibility to You

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith Force and Elani Theisinger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50 EUR — whichever is greater.

Standing Up for Faith Force

You agree to defend and hold harmless Faith Force, Elani Theisinger, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your submitted content, or your violation of any rights of another person.

When Things Change

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date on this page. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email where possible. Your continued use of Faith Force constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Law Behind the Mission

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Portugal. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Consumer Disputes

If you are not satisfied with how we handle a complaint, you have the right to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. The relevant entity for consumer disputes in Portugal is:
