In John 14:26, Jesus says, “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.”

The Holy Spirit is God’s Spirit who lives inside of us when we believe in Jesus Christ. He is our Helper, our Comforter, and our Advocate. He is always with us, guiding us, teaching us, and helping us to grow in our faith.

The Holy Spirit is like the best friend you could ever ask for. He is always there for you, no matter what. He will help you through tough times. He will teach you about God and His ways. And He will help you to live a life that is pleasing to Him.

Here are a few ways that we can experience the Holy Spirit’s help in our lives:

• Ask Him to help you. The Holy Spirit is always willing to help us, but we must ask first.
• Spend time with Him. The more time we spend with the Holy Spirit, the more we will experience His help in our lives.
• Be obedient to Him. When we obey the Holy Spirit’s leading, we open ourselves up to receive His help.
