Living to Please God: Honoring Him in All We Do
Welcome, Faith Force Truth Seekers! Today, we’re learning about how we should live to please God and honor Him with our actions, as shared in 1 Thessalonians 2:4.
Verse Of The Day:
"On the contrary, we speak as those approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel. We are not trying to please people but God, who tests our hearts." (1 Thessalonians 2:4)

Imagine being given an important job, and your only goal is to do it well, no matter what others think. That’s what 1 Thessalonians 2:4 teaches us—our actions should be focused on pleasing God, not others. When we live to honor God, we’re trusting that He knows what’s best for us, and our hearts are aligned with His will.
Living to please God means we act with honesty, love, and integrity, even when it’s hard. It’s not about seeking approval from people, but about reflecting God’s truth and sharing His love with the world. By doing this, we show that our hearts belong to Him and that we are living for something greater than the praise of others.
Let’s commit to living each day with a heart that seeks to please God, knowing that He is the one who sees our hearts and tests our intentions.
God’s Heart Craft:
Create a heart-shaped craft with “Living to Please God” written on a single-line banner. On the heart, write words like “Love,” “Truth,” and “Integrity.” Decorate the heart with bright colors and use it as a reminder to honor God with your actions.
Time For A Prayer:
Dear God, thank You for showing us how to live to please You. Help us to act with love and integrity in all that we do, knowing that our hearts are tested by You. Teach us to honor You in every part of our lives. Amen.
Keep living to please God, Faith Force Truth Seekers! Until our next Divine Dispatch, remember that living for God’s approval brings peace and joy. Let’s reflect His truth and love in all our actions!
