Romans 8:28

What Does Romans 8:28 Mean?

Romans 8:28 doesn’t say every single thing that happens to us is good – sometimes things are hard, painful, or confusing. But it does say that God takes ALL of those things – the good AND the hard – and weaves them together for good in the end. Think of it like a puzzle. One piece by itself might look strange or even ugly, but when it all comes together, you see a beautiful picture. God sees the whole puzzle of your life.

Think of something hard that happened to you – maybe a time you failed a test, lost a game, or had an argument with a friend. Can you think of anything good that came out of it, even something small? Draw or write about it this week and thank God for being able to bring good out of hard things.
