Peaceful Hearts: Trusting Jesus in Troubled Times
Welcome, Faith Force Peace Seekers! Today, we’re learning about how Jesus gives us calm hearts even when life feels scary, as taught in John 14:1.
Verse Of The Day:
"Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me." (John 14:1)

Have you ever felt worried or scared about something? Maybe about a test at school or when things change in your family? In John 14:1, Jesus spoke these comforting words to His disciples when they were feeling worried.
Jesus knew His friends would face difficult times, so He gave them—and us—a wonderful solution: “Do not let your hearts be troubled.” Instead of worrying, Jesus invites us to trust in Him just like we trust in God.
When we believe in Jesus, we can give Him our worries instead of carrying them ourselves. It’s like having the strongest, kindest friend who promises to help us through every scary situation. Our hearts can be peaceful even when life feels stormy!
Peaceful Heart Pockets:
Cut out heart shapes from colored paper. On one side write “Troubled” and list worries. Fold the heart to create a pocket and on the outside write “Trust Jesus” with colorful decorations. Place small strips of paper inside with encouraging Bible promises. When you feel worried, pull out a promise to read!
Time For A Prayer:
Dear Jesus, thank You for caring about our worried hearts. When we feel scared or troubled, help us remember to trust in You. Thank You for Your promise to be with us always and for giving us peace even in hard times. We believe in You. Amen.
Keep trusting Jesus with your worries, Faith Force Peace Seekers! Until our next Divine Dispatch, remember that Jesus invites us to exchange our troubled hearts for His perfect peace when we believe in Him!
