Have you ever made someone incredibly happy just by doing the right thing? John reveals what brings him the most joy in the world!
John says “I have no greater joy” – that’s the ultimate happiness level! What could possibly bring such amazing joy? “Than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.” When the people John taught and cared for live truthful, honest lives, it brings him more happiness than anything else in the world!
This works the same way today – when you “walk in the truth” (live honestly, follow God’s ways, and keep your word), you bring incredible joy to your parents, teachers, pastors, and everyone who has invested in teaching you! Your truthful living is like giving them the best gift ever. And imagine the joy it brings God when His children walk in truth!
