Mission Briefing
God’s Promise That Never Breaks
Have you ever made a promise and then forgot to keep it? People sometimes do that – but God never does. God made an incredible promise about eternal life, and He made it before the world even began! This mission explores Titus 1:2.
What Does Titus 1:2 Mean?
This verse tells us that God promised eternal life to those who trust in Him – and here’s the amazing part: God cannot lie. Not “usually doesn’t lie” or “tries not to lie” – He is literally unable to lie because lying is against His very nature. That means every single promise God makes is 100% true, every time, forever.
Hero Challenge
This week, practice being a promise-keeper like God. Make one promise to someone in your family or a friend – and then do everything you can to keep it. At the end of the week, think about what it felt like to follow through.
Did You Know?
The phrase “before the ages began” means God planned this promise of eternal life even before He created time itself! That shows just how much God has always loved people. Titus was a young leader Paul was mentoring, and this reminder about God’s trustworthiness was meant to anchor everything Titus taught.
Ages 4-6: Little Hero Question

Ages 7-9: Growing Hero Question

Ages 10-13: Champion Question
How does knowing that God is completely truthful change the way you feel about trusting Him with hard things in your life?
♥ Mission Prayer
