Faith Force is owned and operated by Elani Theisinger. We are a Bible-based, faith-guided platform dedicated to helping children and families grow in character and virtue through story, mission, and community. We are not a church, denomination, or religious institution — we are a way of life.

Our Content Belongs to the Mission

Everything on Faith Force — hero profiles, mission posts, graphics, podcast episodes, printables, blog content, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of Faith Force / Elani Theisinger, protected by copyright law.

You are welcome to use our free content for personal, family, and educational purposes and to share links to our pages. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish our content without written permission
• Sell or redistribute our content as your own
• Use our branding or content to create competing products or services
• Remove any copyright notices or attributions from our materials

Playing by the Rules

Faith Force is a safe, faith-guided space for families. By using our site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Post or share content that is harmful, hateful, or inappropriate for a family audience
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our website or community portal
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use automated tools to access or copy our content
• Use Faith Force to promote products or services without our written consent

Violations may result in account termination and/or legal action where appropriate.

Your Voice in Our Community

If you post or share content within the Faith Force community portal or platform, you retain ownership. By submitting content, you grant Faith Force a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

You are responsible for what you share. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines at our sole discretion.

Shop & Digital Products

Faith Force sells digital products through our shop, powered by FluentCart. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• 2-hour refund window: If you experience any issue with your purchase, contact us at care@faith-force.com within 2 hours of your transaction and we will process a full refund. After 2 hours, all digital product sales are final.
• You are purchasing a personal, non-transferable license for your own family or educational use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased digital products outside your household.
• Payment is processed securely. Faith Force does not store your full payment card details.

The Community Portal

Our community portal at faith-force.com/portal/ requires account registration to access certain features. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share your login
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately at care@faith-force.com if you suspect unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards.

Children & Parental Responsibility

Faith Force is designed for children and families. Free content, hero profiles, and downloadable resources are appropriate for all ages. However, interactive features — including the community portal, newsletter sign-up, and shop — are intended for use by adults.

• Children under 13 must have a parent or guardian create any accounts or make purchases on their behalf.
• By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm you are at least 18, or a minor acting under direct parental supervision with a parent who agrees to these Terms.
• Parents are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the platform.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information without parental consent, contact us at care@faith-force.com immediately.

Your Privacy Matters

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Faith Force, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Honesty About What We Can Promise

We provide Faith Force as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of Faith Force is at your own risk, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Our Responsibility to You

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith Force and Elani Theisinger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50 EUR — whichever is greater.

Standing Up for Faith Force

You agree to defend and hold harmless Faith Force, Elani Theisinger, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your submitted content, or your violation of any rights of another person.

When Things Change

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date on this page. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email where possible. Your continued use of Faith Force constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Law Behind the Mission

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Portugal. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
