All Creation is Waiting for the Most Amazing Freedom Day!
Welcome, Faith Force Creation Freedom Fighters! Today, we’re learning about how all of creation is eagerly waiting for God’s incredible freedom day, as shared in Romans 8:19-21.
Verse Of The Day:
"For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God." (Romans 8:19-21)
Did you know that every flower, every animal, every mountain, and every tree is waiting with excitement for something amazing? All of creation is waiting “in eager expectation” for God’s children to be revealed!
Right now, creation is stuck “in bondage to decay” – that’s why flowers wilt, animals get sick, and storms can be scary. But this isn’t forever! Creation is waiting in hope because God has promised that it “will be liberated” and “brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God.”
Imagine the most incredible freedom day when all of creation gets set free from everything broken or sad! No more wilting flowers, no more sick animals, no more dangerous storms – just perfect, glorious creation enjoying complete freedom! And we get to be part of this amazing liberation day when God reveals His children in all their glory!
Creation's Freedom Day Diorama:
Take a small cardboard box and divide it in half with a piece of cardboard. On one side, create “Creation in Bondage” using wilted paper flowers, toy animals behind paper bars, and dark colors. On the other side, create “Creation Set Free” with bright flowers, free animals, and sunshine! Write “Creation Waits for Freedom!” on top. This reminds you that all creation is eagerly waiting for God’s amazing freedom day when everything will be liberated!
Time For A Prayer:
Dear God, thank You that all creation is waiting with eager expectation for Your amazing freedom day! Help us remember that we're part of Your incredible plan to liberate all creation from decay. When we see broken things in nature, remind us that You will set everything free. We can't wait for creation's glorious freedom day! Amen.
