- Refunds are available for undownloaded only. Due to the nature of digital products, once a file has been downloaded or accessed, a refund cannot be issued.
- Requests for returns must include your order number and the email used at checkout.
- If you experience any technical issues with your ebook, such as file corruption or errors, please contact us immediately. We will either provide a replacement file or issue a full refund.
