Rescued Every Time
Have you ever had a really hard day where everything seemed to go wrong? Maybe you got hurt, felt left out, or something scary happened. Here’s the amazing news – God sees every single hard moment, and He promises to rescue those who follow Him. This mission explores Psalm 34:19.
What Does Psalm 34:19 Mean?
This verse tells us two big things. First, even people who love God and try to do right will face tough times – that’s just part of life. But second, and most importantly, God doesn’t leave us stuck in those hard moments. He rescues us and brings us through every single one. “Delivers” means God comes to save us, like a superhero who always shows up in time.
Hero Challenge
This week, make a “Rescue List” – write down three times God helped you get through something hard, even if it felt impossible at the time. Share your list with a parent or friend and thank God together for each one. Every time something tough happens, add it to the list and watch how God keeps showing up!
Did You Know?
Psalm 34 was written by King David after a very scary and embarrassing situation where he pretended to be crazy to escape an enemy king. Even in that wild moment, God protected him! David wrote this psalm as a big thank-you to God for always coming through.

Lord, thank You for promising to rescue me from every hard thing I go through. Help me to trust You when life feels tough and remember that You are always coming to help me. Amen.
