God's Forever Plans: Unchanging Through Generations
Welcome, Faith Force Time Travelers! Today, we’re exploring how God’s plans last forever, unlike our changing plans, as taught in Psalm 33:11.
Verse Of The Day:
"But the plans of the LORD stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations." (Psalm 33:11)
Have you ever had plans change unexpectedly? Maybe a fun day outside got rained out, or a special event was canceled. Our plans change all the time, but Psalm 33:11 tells us something amazing about God’s plans!
This verse teaches us two important truths. First, God’s plans “stand firm forever.” While our plans often change, God’s plans never fail! Second, His purposes continue “through all generations.” That means what God purposed long ago still matters today, and what He purposes for us now will matter far into the future!
How wonderful to know that when God makes a plan, it’s not just for a day or a year but forever! When we trust in God’s plans instead of only our own, we’re connecting to something that will never disappoint or change—His eternal purpose for us and for all people.
