Mission Briefing
Together We Stand, Divided We Fall!
Have you ever tried to build a tower of blocks, but someone kept knocking pieces out? A team or a family that fights against itself has the same problem – it crumbles! Jesus had a powerful word about the importance of sticking together. This mission explores Mark 3:25.
What Does Mark 3:25 Mean?
Jesus was talking to people who were arguing among themselves and trying to undermine each other. He used the picture of a house – if the people inside a home keep fighting and working against each other, the whole thing falls apart. This is true for families, friendships, teams, and communities. Unity and working together is what makes groups strong and powerful!
Hero Challenge
Think of a group you belong to – your family, your class, your sports team. This week, find one way to be a peacemaker and encourager in that group. Say something kind, help resolve an argument, or cheer someone on. Be the person who holds the team together!
Did You Know?
Jesus said this while religious leaders were accusing Him of using evil power to do good things. He showed them how ridiculous that was by using everyday logic – even bad things don’t fight against themselves! This phrase became so famous that Abraham Lincoln used it in a speech about the United States more than 1,800 years later.

♥ Mission Prayer
Heavenly Father, help me to be someone who brings people together, not someone who causes division. Give me the words and the heart to be a peacemaker. Let unity start with me.
