God Knows the Ending Before the Story Begins!
Imagine if you could read the last page of a book before it even started – you’d know exactly how it ends! God is so amazing that He knows the very end of history before it even happens. There is nobody else like Him! This mission explores Isaiah 46:9-10.
What Does Isaiah 46:9-10 Mean?
God is reminding His people that He is unlike anyone or anything else. He is the only true God, and He proves it in an incredible way – He can tell us what is going to happen in the future before it occurs. The Bible is full of predictions called prophecies that came true exactly as God said. This means we can trust that everything He has promised will happen, because nothing surprises Him.
Hero Challenge
Find one Bible prophecy that came true – maybe ask a parent or look one up together, like the prophecies about Jesus being born in Bethlehem (Micah 5:2). Write it down and share it with someone this week as proof that God always keeps His word.
Did You Know?
The Bible contains hundreds of prophecies – predictions about the future – written thousands of years before they happened. Scholars have found that over 300 specific prophecies about Jesus alone were written in the Old Testament long before He was born, and every single one of them came true. That’s not luck – that’s God!
