Forgotten Sins: God’s Grace

"For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more." (Hebrews 8:12)
Imagine writing mistakes on a chalkboard and watching them all be erased until it’s completely clean. That’s what God does with our sins! Hebrews 8:12 reminds us that God not only forgives us but also chooses to forget our sins. Through His grace, He gives us a fresh start.
God’s forgiveness is full of love and mercy. He doesn’t hold our mistakes against us or remind us of them later. Instead, He wipes them away, allowing us to move forward in freedom. This kind of forgiveness shows us how much He loves and cares for us, no matter what.
Let’s trust in God’s promise of forgiveness and live in the joy of a clean slate. When we accept His grace, we can share that same forgiveness and love with others.

Create a mini chalkboard or draw one on paper. Write “Forgiven and Free” on the board and decorate it with hearts, stars, and the phrase “God Remembers My Sins No More.”

Dear God, thank You for forgiving and forgetting our sins. Help us to trust in Your grace and to share Your love and forgiveness with others. Teach us to live with joy and hope in the freedom You give. Amen.
