God's Fair Rewards: Actions and Consequences
Welcome, Faith Force Truth Seekers! Today, we’re learning about God’s fair judgment of our actions, as taught in Romans 2:6.
Verse Of The Day:
"God 'will repay each person according to what they have done.'" (Romans 2:6)
Have you ever worked hard on something and felt proud when you got a good grade or reward? Romans 2:6 teaches us an important truth: God pays attention to what we do and will reward each person fairly!
God sees everything—not just what others see, but also the things we do when no one is watching. He knows our hearts and our actions. The Bible tells us that God will repay each person according to what they have done.
This doesn’t mean we earn God’s love—that’s already a free gift! But it does mean that how we live matters to God. When we choose to follow Jesus and do good things out of love for Him, God notices and will reward us someday.
Let’s remember that our choices have consequences, and let’s choose to live in ways that please God!
Actions and Rewards Garden:
Plant seeds in a small cup of soil. Each day when you water the seeds, share one good deed you did. As the plants grow, they’ll remind you that our actions have results—just like God teaches us!
Time For A Prayer:
Dear God, thank You for seeing everything we do. Help us to make good choices that please You, not just when others are watching but all the time. Remind us that our actions matter to You. Thank You for loving us and teaching us how to live. Amen.
