United in Love: Choosing Blessings Over Revenge

Welcome, Faith Force Unity Builders! Today, we’re learning about how God calls us to live in harmony, showing love and kindness even when it’s hard, as shared in 1 Peter 3:8-9.

Verse Of The Day:

"Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble. Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing." (1 Peter 3:8-9)

Imagine being on a team where everyone supports each other instead of arguing or competing. That’s how God wants us to live! 1 Peter 3:8-9 teaches us to be like-minded, humble, and full of love. Instead of fighting back when someone is unkind, we are called to respond with a blessing—choosing love over anger.

Living in unity means caring for others, being quick to forgive, and showing kindness, even when it’s difficult. When we choose to bless instead of insult, we reflect Jesus’ love and peace. God promises that when we do this, He blesses us in return!

Let’s commit to living in harmony, forgiving quickly, and choosing to bless others just as Jesus blesses us. When we do, we build a world filled with God’s love and unity.

Harmony Chain Craft:

Create a paper chain with “Choose Blessings Over Revenge” written on a single-line banner. Each link of the chain has words like “Love,” “Forgive,” “Kindness,” and “Peace.” Decorate it with bright, joyful colors and display it as a reminder to live in harmony with others.

Time For A Prayer:

Dear God, thank You for teaching us to live in peace and unity. Help us to choose blessings over anger and to reflect Your love in all we do. Give us hearts that are humble, kind, and full of compassion. Amen.

Keep spreading kindness, Faith Force Unity Builders! Until our next Divine Dispatch, remember that God calls us to live in harmony, love one another, and choose blessings over revenge. Let’s be peacemakers in everything we do!
