Verse Of The Day:
"He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed." (1 Peter 2:24)
Imagine being sick and then receiving medicine that makes you completely well again. That’s what Jesus did for us! 1 Peter 2:24 reminds us that when Jesus died on the cross, He carried all of our sins, taking the punishment we deserved so that we could be healed and made whole.
Jesus’ wounds bring us healing—not just in our hearts, but in every part of our lives. He gives us the strength to overcome sin, live in righteousness, and experience true freedom. His sacrifice means we are not just forgiven, but transformed into new creations.
Let’s live in the freedom and healing that Jesus gives us, sharing His love and forgiveness with others. Because of His wounds, we are made new!
