Verse Of The Day:
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud." (1 Corinthians 13:4)
Imagine building a tall tower out of blocks. You have to be patient, take your time, and carefully place each block. That’s a little like love! In 1 Corinthians 13:4, we learn that real love is patient and kind—it doesn’t get jealous or brag. It’s about thinking of others and caring for them in the best way.
Being patient means waiting without getting upset, like when you’re waiting for your turn in a game. And kindness is all about doing nice things for others, like helping a friend or sharing what you have. Love is also humble, meaning it doesn’t brag or show off—it quietly serves and helps others.
God shows us this kind of love every day. His love for us is patient, kind, and always thinking about what’s best for us. When we love others the way God loves us, we’re building something strong and beautiful—just like that tower made of blocks. It’s a love that grows and helps others grow too.
Love Tower Craft:
Create a “Love Tower” at home! Use blocks, cups, or other items to build a tower. On each block or cup, write or draw a way to show love, like “Patience,” “Kindness,” “Helping,” or “Sharing.” As you add each piece to your tower, talk about how that part of love makes relationships stronger. See how tall your love tower can grow! This craft helps kids understand how different acts of love build up their relationships and make them stronger.

Dear God, thank You for teaching us what real love looks like. Help us to be patient, kind, and humble, just as You are with us. Show us how to love others in a way that makes them feel valued and cared for. May our love be a reflection of Your great love for us. Amen.
