How do I open an Apprentice Account?
Getting started is easy! You have a few options:

✔ Download a free resource from the store or Apprentice Resource page—you’ll be prompted to create an account at checkout.

What happens after I sign up?
After signing up, you’ll receive a welcome email with a special link. Simply click the link, and you’ll be redirected to the website, where your membership perks will be unlocked. From there, you can explore and enjoy all the resources available to your membership level! 🎉
How do I access my resources?
Your resources are organized based on your membership level:
🔹 Apprentices – Find your resources in the Hero Paths menu section under Apprentice – Apprentice Resources.
🔹 Defenders – Your faith journey continues under Hero Paths menu section under Defenders – Defender Resources.
Simply navigate to your designated section, and all your available resources will be waiting for you! 🚀
Why does my membership content not show as FREE in the store?
Even though your membership includes free access to certain resources, the store will still display prices. However, when you add these items to your cart and proceed to checkout while logged into your account, the price will automatically be adjusted to FREE based on your membership level.
This ensures that only active members can claim their exclusive resources while still allowing non-members the option to purchase them separately. If you see a price at checkout and believe it should be free, double-check that you’re logged into your account with the correct membership level. 😊
Do I need to renew my membership?
For free memberships (Apprentice and Defender), there’s no need to renew—these memberships never expire, and you won’t receive any renewal emails.
For Legend memberships, you’ll receive an email reminder before your membership is set to renew. You can choose to:
✔ Enable auto-renewal for a hassle-free experience
✔ Manually renew each month when you receive the email reminder
✔ Pay annually to skip monthly reminders and enjoy uninterrupted access to all premium resources
You’ll have full control over your membership settings, and you can update your renewal preferences anytime in your Account > Memberships section. 😊
Can I switch back to a lower membership?
Yes, you can! Simply go to My Account > Memberships, and you’ll find the Downgrade button.
👉 What happens when you downgrade?
- If you are on a paid membership (Defender) and downgrade to Apprentice (free), your paid benefits will remain until the end of your current billing period. After that, you’ll only have access to free Apprentice-level resources.
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Immediate vs. End of Billing Cycle: For Defender members, the downgrade will take effect at the end of the billing cycle, ensuring you get what you’ve already paid for.
- No refunds: Since it’s a downgrade, refunds are not applicable if you’re in the middle of a billing cycle.
🚀 If you’re unsure about downgrading, you can always pause your membership instead of downgrading immediately.
How do I cancel my Membership?
You can cancel anytime! Simply log into your account, go to the “Memberships” section, and follow the cancellation steps. No hassle, no commitments—you’re always in control of your journey! 😊
