Jesus prays “Sanctify them by the truth” – “sanctify” means to make holy and set apart for God. But what’s the truth that makes us holy? “Your word is truth.” God’s Word isn’t just mostly true or partially true – it IS truth itself!
In a world full of confusing messages, opinions, and false information, God’s Word stands as the only 100% reliable source of truth. When we read the Bible and let its truth shape our thinking, it “sanctifies” us – making us more like Jesus and setting us apart for God’s special purposes. God’s Word is the ultimate truth detector that helps us recognize what’s really true versus what’s false!

Create your truth verification kit using a magnifying glass and white paper! Make “truth test” cards by writing different statements people believe, then use your magnifying glass to “examine” each one against what the Bible says. Create “TRUTH VERIFIED” stamps using small sponges and ink to mark statements that match God’s Word.
