Love Commanders: Sharing Jesus' Love
Verse Of The Day:
"My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you." (John 15:12)
Imagine giving someone the best hug or the kindest gift because you care so much about them. That’s what Jesus teaches us in John 15:12—He commands us to love others just like He loves us. Jesus’ love is the greatest example, and it’s full of kindness, forgiveness, and care.
Loving others means putting their needs before our own, being patient, and showing kindness even when it’s hard. When we love like Jesus, we make people feel special and remind them of how much God cares for them. It’s not always easy, but Jesus promises to help us love others through the power of His love in our hearts.
Let’s choose to love like Jesus every day—through big actions like helping someone in need and small actions like sharing a kind word. Love is the greatest command, and it’s how we show the world we belong to Him.
Love Hearts Garland Craft:
Create a “Love Hearts Garland” at home! Cut out heart shapes from paper or cardboard, and on each heart, write ways to show love, like “Help a friend,” “Say something kind,” or “Forgive.” String the hearts together to make a garland and hang it up as a reminder to love like Jesus. This craft helps kids understand that love is something we share every day through our actions.
Time For A Prayer:
Dear Jesus, thank You for loving us with a love so big and perfect. Teach us to love others the way You love us. Help us to be kind, patient, and caring, and to show Your love in everything we do. Thank You for filling our hearts with Your love every day. Amen.
Keep loving like Jesus, Faith Force Love Commanders! Until our next Divine Dispatch, remember that loving others is the greatest way to show God’s love. Let’s fill the world with kindness, care, and joy through His love!
