Mission Briefing

The Bible: God’s Breath in Words!

Did you know the Bible isn’t just an old book? It’s alive! God actually breathed His words into every page – which means when you read it, you’re reading a message straight from God Himself. How cool is that? This mission explores 2 Timothy 3:16-17.

What Does 2 Timothy 3:16-17 Mean?

“Breathed out by God” means the Bible’s words came from God’s very own spirit, written through real people He chose. Paul says Scripture is useful for four things: teaching us what’s true, showing us when we’re wrong, helping us get back on track, and training us to live right. Together, all four things make us complete – fully equipped like a hero with all the right gear for any mission God gives us.

Hero Challenge

Pick one Bible verse this week and read it every day – morning or night. Think about what it teaches you, if it points out anything you need to change, and how it helps you live better. By the end of the week, try to memorize it. God’s Word is your best weapon and your best guide!

Did You Know?

The Bible was written by over 40 different people across about 1,500 years – from kings and farmers to fishermen and doctors! Yet all of it fits together like one perfect story. That’s because even though humans wrote the words, God was the true Author. No other book in the world was made like this.

Ages 10-13: Champion Question

♥ Mission Prayer

Thank You, God, for giving us the Bible — Your very own words to guide us! Help me to read it, love it, and let it change how I think and act. Train me through Your Word to do every good thing You have planned for me. Amen.
