Verse Of The Day:
"Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses." (1 Timothy 6:12)
Imagine being in a race where you have to run your hardest, never giving up, because you know there’s a prize waiting at the finish line. That’s what 1 Timothy 6:12 teaches us about faith—it’s like a fight or race where we have to keep going, even when it’s hard. We are called to stand strong and keep believing in God, knowing that our reward is eternal life with Him.
God calls us to “fight the good fight of faith,” which means standing firm when we face challenges or doubts. It’s not about fighting against people, but against the things that try to pull us away from God, like fears, temptations, or worries. When we hold onto our faith, we’re trusting God to help us through tough times, and we’re running the race toward eternal life.
Just like a runner needs strength and focus, we need to rely on God’s strength and keep our eyes on His promises. God has called us to eternal life with Him, and every day, we can choose to live out our faith boldly, trusting that God is with us, giving us the courage to fight and the hope to never give up.

Create a “Faith Fighter Medal” at home! Cut out a circle from cardboard or thick paper to make a medal. Decorate it with words like “Faith,” “Strength,” “Courage,” and “Eternal Life.” You can add stars, crosses, or other symbols to make it colorful. Attach a ribbon or string so you can wear it as a reminder that you’re in the good fight of faith and that God gives you the strength to keep going. This craft helps kids understand that living for God is like running a race or fighting a battle where faith is the key to victory.

Dear God, thank You for calling us to fight the good fight of faith. Help us to be strong and courageous, holding onto Your promises and trusting in Your strength. Teach us to never give up, even when things are hard, and remind us that You have called us to eternal life. May we always run the race of faith with hope and joy, knowing that You are with us every step of the way. Amen.
